After yesterday's news broke, I shared it on my LJ and realized that nobody on my friends-list cared.

I had that problem too, but my conversion to the awesome is relatively recent, and most of my flist comes from the manga/anime/games side of the world internet. :P My own fault for about-facing so quickly.

So why do you ship Steve/Tony? First off, I should admit that I am not naturally a girl for western comics. I followed manga and pointedly ignored my own side of the world for many a year. So, cross my heart and hope to wipe my harddrive, it all started for the pretty, but various fics (you know which ones—Yeah, those) quickly showed me how Tony's woobie-factor combines with Cap's protective-factor and creates one giant ball of awesome.
Favorite Steve/Tony moment? The "azure eyes" moment. Really, Tony? Azure?
Spoiler policy: They are necessary for me. I need happy endings, but in something that really doesn't have an ending, I at least like to be able to brace myself.

Add that to my poor poor beta troubles and I'm probably not going to be posting anything anytime soon unless I break down and start working on that Steve/Tony plotline I dreamed up for that Pern fusion that's in waiting for beta. Hobbies include art, music, comics (duh?) and watching movies simply to point out flaws in plot, continuity or failure in relation to the source material. Loudly. During the movie. To the annoyance of whoever ends ups next to me. If I could write anything decent, my LJ would have fanfiction. If I could draw, I would present to you all fantastic pictures.
