What was your favorite Avengers movie moment? Tony and Bruce bonding. I came in not being a Hulk fan at all, and out a total Bruce fan.

What do you want in the next Marvel movie? More Pepper, especially barefoot Pepper, and/or Pepper in the armor. Winter Soldier and Natasha. Carol. Coulson, Coulson should just get his own series of movies.

Any exciting fandom plans? Currently filling over at the Avengers kinkmeme, as well as working on Tony and his robots fic.

Me too! The trailers gave me the sense that there'd be some fun banter between Tony and Bruce, but nothing like the awesome instant friendship and mutual respect that we got. I never expected to walk out of the theatre shipping them almost as much as Steve/Tony. :)

Who is the woman in the gif? Is that Carol? (I'm still a newbie so I assume all blonde Marvel women are Carol.)

I never, ever expected to ship Tony/Bruce, though admittedly I came to Marvel 'verse through fic, so basically everything I read was Tony/Steve, even though I'd never consumed any canon to support that. Post movie, I can decide if I want Tony/Steve/Bruce, Tony/Pepper/Bruce, Tony/Pepper/Steve, or if I should just step up to an OT4.

My newbieness is also pretty newbie, though in this case, you're right about Carol. I'm actually really enjoying Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Something had to take the place of the sadly canceled Batman: Brave and the Bold in my cartoon line up.

Oh, I didn't realize Carol was in Earth's Mightiest Heroes! I must catch up at some point, she's my favorite.

I'm not a huge Hulk/Bruce fan in the comics, but both EMH and Ruffalo!Bruce in the movie have really sold me on those verses' versions of them. I'm really glad they swapped out Edward Norton for Mark Ruffalo - his Bruce Banner is weirdly charming, especially when he's geeking out with Tony and when he fakes out Natasha with the hands-slamming-on-the-table bit.

Plus, the Natasha/Bruce potential in the movies nicely rounds out the canon Clint/Natasha and the Clint/Hulk slashiness in the cartoon by making Clint/Bruce/Natasha a viable shipping option (well, in my head, at least).
