Nah, M-preg doesn't bug me. I normalyl write my kid!fics not mpreg route (mostly because I don't think I could pull it off properly and I like having the kids at least age 3) but I like m-pregs for the most part. One of my fav Highlander fics is m-preg.

Yeah, we... and by we i mean I... were pretty nervous about posting Moth since it was the first Mpreg of the fandom. But it's going pretty great! I'm so happy that people like it! <3 (enough for fantastic amazing fanart that i can't stop squeeing over).

The Highlander/X-Files fight! \ o / You have made my entire week! You have no idea how fun that scene was to write! I LOVE that Clint has a purple shirt on! It's part of the reason why we returned him to his Hawkeye status (instead of

It's kind of like "I have no real clue as to what either of you are referring to... so i'll just act all Cap-like until you are both forced into submission." Please read MOTH trust me- I wasn't that fond of most m-preg and Panda had never read any m-preg fics prior to our insane onset of writing the beast that is just never going to end that is MOTH... well actually it is only 9 chapters long... and then the weddddderrr epilogue then the post stories of which we have- oh dear GOD! >_<'

Panda wants to reassure you we wouldn't write an m-preg for the sake of writing an m-preg but because we found a reasonable jumping off point in comics canon that is comic reasonable.
We are very serious about in-character as psych students... and about this being as much an Avengers fic as a Steve/Tony.

Additionally I adore Jan/Hank, Peter and Beast so they are everywhere and in everything.
Also we do have a plot besides the m-preg and even that plot has an underlying connector that is all storylike.
Finally you can read conception the prologue it is just good clean smutty first time sex.

The only place I was ever actually sold on it was Ranma 1/2 fic, and in that case it wasn't really mpreg, because Ranma was a girl the entire time. It was more "normal female pregnancy with gender issues."
I'll probably break down and read it eventually, though. It will sit there, tempting me with h/c content, while the back of my brain pokes at me with "both Tony passes out a lot and Steve is all worried and maybe you can just pretend real hard that it's genderswap." My will is weak.
